Performance-installation THE TAIL by MAISON the FAUX
We’re thrilled to announce THE TAIL, a bold and immersive performance installation by MAISON the FAUX, co-commissioned by NITE and Framer Framed.
Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Mermaid, THE TAIL explores transformation, identity, and the search for autonomy through a queer lens. Blending fashion, music, scenography, video, and performance, the work reimagines the mermaid myth as a symbol of personal change and empowerment.
Created in close collaboration with artists Diamanda Dramm, Dae Uk Kim, Anto López Espinosa, Oriana Ikomo, Bien De Moor, and Luthfi Darwis, THE TAILinvites audiences to become part of the story — moving through a living installation activated by live performance.
